3. Use one of the prepared messages. To switch among them, press the left

or right arrow button.

Press the yellow KEYBOARD SoftKey. The on-screen keyboard

appears.

Enter the message text (see “Entering Data” on page 2-6). Press <OK>

to place the message in the Multicast Viewer message box.

4. Check that the message is written correctly. If you want to write again,

press the blue CLEAR TEXT SoftKey to remove it. Then, repeat steps

2 and 3.

5. Press OK again to send the message. The Chair sees your message.
