7. Click Yes and then restart your PC. You are now set

up to connect to the 3100 ICP system.

Windows 2000

1. Login to the PC with administrator privileges.

2. In the Control Panel window, double click the

Network icon.

3. In the Control Panel window, double click the

Network and Dial Up Connections icon. Double click

on the Local Area Connection. In the Local Area

Connection Status Page, click Properties.

4. Click Obtain an IP address automatically.

5. From the Adapter drop down list, highlight the device

that is being used to connect to the 3100 ICP system,

then click Obtain an IP address from a DHCP

server.

6. Click OK. You are now set up to connect to the 3100

ICP system.

Windows ME

1. From the Start menu, select the Settings tab and

then Control Panel.

2. In the Control Panel window, double click the

Network icon.

3. Select the Configuration tab in the Network window.

This window displays a list of installed network

components. Highlight the TCP/IP component and

click Properties.

4. Select the radio button marked Obtain an IP

address automatically.

5. Click OK then restart your PC. You are now set up to

connect to the 3100 ICP system.
