40 Administering the phone system
Final
When a call to a broadcast or hunt group is ringing, subsequent calls to
the same broadcast or hunt group are presented to group members one
call at a time when the previous call has been answered.
Call group limits
The following limits apply to the N240.
Per site page group, maximum of 100 devices
Per tenant Calling Groups (Hunt, Broadcast, Monitor or Rollover),
maximum of 100 users
Per tenant Call Pick-Up group, maximum of 50 users
Queue group
Extends the Call Groups (Hunt, Broadcast
and Rollover) to allow for calls to be queued
on a Busy condition.
There are two key roles:
Tenant Administrators can be the
same person who serves as the
Tenant Admin for OfficeConnect, or
someone different. This role has
access to the User Interface (UI)
and uses it to designate
OfficeConnect extensions as
Agents, and build and manage
Queues.
All Tenant Administrators also
have Agent privileges and can
accept calls from queues just like
any other Agent. The Tenant Admin
may grant the Tenant Admin role to
any other silhouette Agent.
Agents are the individual silhouette
extensions who can have calls
directed to them from the Queues.
Agents are always logged into the
system whenever they are logged
into an OfficeConnect phone.
